DOOR OS integrates with your PMS systems to sync users, facilitate easy move-ins and move-outs, as well as automatically generate work orders when leaks are detected.
DOOR hardware is part of a fully unified system where every lock, sensor, reader, and intercom is built to work together out of the box. Unlike disparate systems that require multiple vendors or platforms, DOOR offers a tightly integrated suite of smart locks, access control, and building automation devices, all managed through one platform.
DOOR products, including locks, access devices, and smart sensors, are engineered for long-term durability. We perform lifecycle and reliability testing to simulate years of heavy use and validate performance under real-world conditions. All products meet or exceed industry standards to ensure they perform reliably in demanding environments.
Yes. DOOR’s hardware ecosystem is built for flexibility across property types, unit styles, and entry points. Whether you’re outfitting main entrances, side access doors, residential units, or shared spaces, all DOOR devices work together through DOOR OS—allowing you to configure each building based on its unique needs without sacrificing integration or control.
Most Smart Home and lock devices are battery-powered, with up to two years of battery life depending on usage. Access Control devices are typically powered via low-voltage supply, wall outlet, or PoE, depending on the product.
